How does the interactive simulation training take place?
Our interactive simulation modules provide let you practice real trade tasks like wiring circuits and troubleshooting HVAC before ever steeping on a jobsite. You can access them on any computer, tablet or phone with optional VR headset for a more immersive experience. The training is interactive and designed so that by the time your ready for your new career, you will already know what to do.
Do I need experience in trades?
No experience required. The program starts from the basics, teaching fundamentals first and stacking skills step-by-step until you’re ready for real-world work. It’s built specifically for beginners and career changers.
What happens during live weekly support?
You’ll join virtual office hours with an instructor to ask questions, troubleshoot issues, review concepts so you always know what to focus on next and never get stuck alone. The goal is simple: save you time, prevent mistakes and keep you moving forward every week. You receive personalized coaching with resumes, interviews, job placement strategies and career planning.
